How it Works

Whilst every construction project is subject to variables in weather conditions, transport challenges etc, efficiency of site works remains the key to providing the most cost effective construction solution possible. FROG Homes undertakes the construction process in 3 parts allowing a 3 week period for each...

Phase 1

The first of 3 phases comprises site servicing and sub-structure. This means providing the water, sewer and electricity services together with the only wet trade being foundation and ground floor concrete surface bed.

Phase 2

The second of the 3 phases is where it gets more interesting for most owners in the erection of the walling and roofing systems which also includes the provision of internal and external doors and all window units.

Phase 3

The third and final phase provides customization in the internal layout and the completion and commissioning of kitchen, cloakroom, reception desk together with all the other finishes.

FROG Homes' modular walling and roof construction enables simple and clean alterations and extensions to existing structures allowing your business and working space requirements increase as needed.
