Whilst every construction project is subject to variables in weather conditions, transport challenges etc, efficiency of site works remains the key to providing the most cost effective construction solution possible. FROG Homes undertakes the construction process in 3 parts allowing a 3 week period for each:
The first of 3 phases comprises site servicing and sub-structure. This means providing the water, sewer and electricity services together with the only wet trade being foundation and ground floor concrete surface bed.
The second of the 3 phases is where it gets more interesting for most owners in the erection of the walling and roofing systems which also includes the provision of internal and external doors and all window units.
The third and final phase is when excitement builds as the tiling, floor and wall finishes, sanitaryware, kitchen units, built in cupboards, vanity, light fittings, together with all the other finishing touches happen.
With minimal to zero disruption to your existing guests, FROG Homes can add further stand alone Suites to enable you to meet your increasing demand for bookings and can do so in a 9 weeks on-site time frame getting you up and running with your expanding hospitality venture.
