Services & Sub-Structure
FROG Homes standardized layouts allow for a conventional insitu cast concrete sub-structure and surface bed or a FROG Homes’ precast ground beam and suspended ground floor slab. If preferred, either system could be included in the civil engineering contract together with site serving. FROG Homes will provide a fully dimensioned ground floor template for ease of accurate provision of sewer outlet and incoming services.

Finishing
To offer buyers maximum choices of standard and type of finishes, all items to be included in a schedule of Essential Provisional Items covering both supply and installation / application. A program setting out supply deadlines on all items for reference by buyers to be included in the building contract document. These items to include, electrical final fix, supply and installation of light fittings, electrical compliance certificate, plumbing final fix, supply and installation of sanitaryware and fittings, floor and wall tiling, supply and installation of kitchen units, built in cupboards and vanities, supply and laying of further floor finishes where required, supply and laying of external brick paved apron.
