How it Works
Initiating
To be sure that FROG Homes can provide the optimum construction solution for client needs and the specific site, a FROG Homes Representative will undertake a preliminary site survey to determine feasibility and to prepare an accurate costing.
Where possible, we will require a copy of building plans of the existing site improvements but if, as is so often the case, original plans have been lost, we can also help in surveying existing structures and providing replacement drawings. Should you require further information, please contact us.
Preliminary
As soon as we know that we have the answer to client needs, we’ll undertake the next steps to:
- Determine Local Authority and Town Planning Requirements
- Obtain required Surveyor General Diagram
- Determine Title Deed Conditions
- Conduct required Geotechnical Assessment
- Determine Electrical, Plumbing and Drainlayoing Costs
- Submit a Final Costing and to Prepare the Contract Document
- Prepare a Detailed Site Works Program.
Preparation
With Preliminary processes complete we will then:
- Engage a SAICA Certified Council Liaison Agent
- Prepare and Submit for approval Working Drawings to Local Authority
- Enrol The Project with the NHBRC.
